is to c ampaign to stop it now.  With nearly 5 million recipients it should 
not be difficult BUT we should move fast.  I'm pushing for a lobby/picket of 
the TUC's anti-poverty conference on Monday 20 October since all the charity 
heads who have gone along with Brown will be there.

Any other ideas such as a national march?
